Daily Brain Dump + To Do Tracker

Not your mother’s daily planner. Created to help minimize decision fatigue and the never-ending loop of mental labor, this is an interactive brain dump + To Do tracker that you can customize to your life and use daily, indefinitely!

Here’s how it works: upon purchase you’ll receive a link to a Google Doc with step-by-step directions and a tutorial to help get you set up. The instructions also contain the links to both the:

>> Daily Brain Dump (Google Form) Template

>> Response/To Do Tracker (Google Sheet) Template.

Once customized to your liking (with your names, family members, job/volunteer/passion projects, etc.) you’ll set an appointment for yourself everyday containing the link to your form. Then, for 10 minutes at night, you’ll answer the questions and prompts and empty your head of the daily swirl of questions, things to research, people to call back, etc. In the morning, have another appointment with yourself (takes 15 minutes or less) and transfer your form responses to your To Do Tracker. From there you can see what’s the most urgent, who you can delegate to, what can be punted to a later date, etc.

This system is great for people who want to be “list makers” and want to be more organized, but for whom traditional planners don’t work. Stay focused, and just Get Your Sh*t Together… like you love yourself… by adopting a system that was designed to work with your busy brain, and not against it.
